John Paschal, Attorney

John started practicing law in 2009, following graduation from Elon University School of Law. His primary focus has always been the areas of elder law and estate planning, and expanded to include guardianships and estate administration. He has assisted hundreds of individuals and families in the development and implementation of their estate plans, in securing Medicaid coverage for spouses and parents facing long term care issues. He has helped parents secure guardianship of children with disabilities, and has helped mourning children with the administration of their parents’ estates. He is ready to help guide you through whatever issues you are facing.
