Flat fee, beginning at $6,000.00. Medicaid planning services are generally provided on a flat fee basis, depending upon the amount of work necessary for the plan, spend down process, and Medicaid application.
$2,500.00. If you are in a situation where no real spend down or planning is needed, and you simply feel that a Medicaid application may overwhelm you, I will handle that process on your behalf. Medicaid applications can be stressful and labor-intensive; I can take that stress off of you and allow you to focus on your family and loved one.
$300/hour. I will provide representation for individuals who believe their long-term care or special assistance Medicaid application was wrongfully denied. Additionally, I can provide answers to questions regarding an individual’s eligibility for Medicaid during a consultation.

Flat Fee, generally ranging from $800 to $3,000.00. Involves the creation of an individual’s estate plan, including all documents necessary for the carrying out of an individual’s desired distribution of their estate, and guidance related to the same.

Advice and guidance related to the need for a guardianship, from the completion and filing of the incompetency petition through the hearing, and into the administration of the guardianship estate. John can additionally assist with the sale of real property through guardianship estates if necessary.
$300/hour. Assistance with the entire estate administration process, from the opening of the estate to the distribution of the assets. John has assisted in the administration of estates in many different counties in North Carolina, and can guide you through each of the steps.
